They seem to get along just fine, but who else could he be referring to in his verse? That would make him a very passive-aggressive gangbanger, which is a trait not commonly associated with, you know, gangs and stuff.
I'd have to take that somewhat personally, because Wayne seems to have borrowed my wardrobe for this one. I never knew how much I dressed like a gang member.
